Let's Talk Hot Flashes Part Deux!

I spoke about clary sage as one of the essential oils to relieve hot flashes in part one. Well ladies, start adding more sage into your diets (organic of course). I have been making myself some wonderful teas, as this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy my herbs and spices. My blend in the evening for my hot flashes includes sage (I love flavor) along with passion flower, lemon balm, red clover and lavender, of course. These all help to significantly reduce my hot flashes AND help me sleep! Win-win!


When blending my teas, I choose the two-three flavors that I want to stand out the most and that will make up the majority of my blend and the others will just add to the flavor. Play around with your tea blends and have some fun!
