Fight the Seasonal Blues!

Does the end of the holiday season get you down? Make this year different by fighting those sad feelings! Lift your spirits and raise your vibration with the beautiful scents of essential oils. Some of the best essential oils to uplift your mood are the citrus oils such as orange, lemon, and lemongrass, which is one of my favorite oils that everyone should always have on hand (along with lavender). These oils are energizing and give you that little zing you need to bring on a warm smile. It should be no surprise that some of the favorite flavors of the holiday season are also on this list, as vanilla, cinnamon and peppermint, can invigorate your senses and bring you that joyful feeling again and again. Other essential oils for relieving sadness and enhancing your mood are rosemary, ylang ylang, jasmine, lavender, pine and sandalwood.

Directions for use:


On body (external only)- a roll on each wrist or behind each ear with the 10 ml roll-on and a drop or two with either the 1 oz or 2 oz bottle on your pulse points, the bottom of your feet, behind your ears, or on the wrists.


In a diffuser/humidifier- add 6-10 drops with water to your diffuser or humidifier to feel the benefits of the oils the fastest and to enjoy the beautiful aromas all around you!
